- Negotiate resources with directors.
- Build up matrix BI team from internal and external resources.
- Write up business case, gather requirements, send invite to tenders.
- Select business intelligence partner (Contemporary Plc now “Itelligence”).
- Negotiate cost of crystal enterprise licenses.
- Supervise BI team (up to 4 internal & external developers).
- Hands-on datamart & OLAP cube development (8).
